How the Weight Loss Program Works

Call	When you call to make your appointment, out staff will ask a few brief questions to provide you with preliminary information, and answer any general questions you may have about the program.

Come In	When you come in for your initial consultation, we will review your medical history and give you a physical examination. The doctor will then discuss the recommended program with you. Once you decide to become a patient at USMA, we will send you to the lab for a blood work-up. Your results will be reviewed by our physician, and within two to three days, we will contact you to give you the results of your lab work. At that time, based upon your results, you may begin our program.

Begin	All you have to do is to come by our offices to pick up your first two weeks of medications. Every two weeks thereafter, we will schedule you to come in so that we can monitor your heart rate and blood pressure, to make sure you are tolerating the medication.
